Process

How we hire.

Intro call — 30 minutes to meet the team and understand what you're looking for.
Craft conversation — a focused discussion on your work: past projects, decisions you've made, what you'd do differently.
Paid exercise — a small, realistic task that mirrors the actual work. We pay for your time.
Team conversation — you meet the people you'd work with. You interview us as much as we interview you.
Offer — we move fast and are transparent about compensation from the first call.

We don't do unpaid take-homes, whiteboard puzzles, or "culture fit" rounds. If at any point you need an adjustment to the process, tell us — we'll accommodate.
